By creating an account or using Spryvly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Spryvly. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Section 2 - Description of Service
Spryvly is an AI-powered journaling and mood tracking application. We provide tools for personal reflection, mood logging, and AI-generated insights. Spryvly is for personal wellness use only and is not a medical device, mental health treatment, or substitute for professional care.
Section 3 - Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Section 4 - Subscriptions and Billing
Spryvly offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: $6.99 per month
- Quarterly: $17.99 per quarter
- Annual: $49.99 per year
All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your free trial. After your trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are in USD.
Section 5 - Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a billing error, contact support@spryvly.com within 30 days.
Section 6 - Your Content
You own your journal entries and content. By using Spryvly, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service, including AI analysis. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries.
Section 7 - Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Spryvly for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the app
- Use the service to harm others
- Share your account credentials
- Circumvent any subscription or payment requirements
Section 8 - AI Disclaimer
Spryvly uses AI to generate insights and observations from your journal entries. These insights are for personal reflection only. They are not medical advice, mental health diagnoses, or professional recommendations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call a crisis helpline.
Section 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties
Spryvly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
Section 10 - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spryvly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Section 11 - Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Spryvly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 12 - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
